Squirrel Comedy Theatre was founded a majority queer and BIPOC-run improv comedy theatre founded by ex-Upright Citizens Brigade alums in response to the UCB permanently closing in 2020. The theatre served the improv comedy community in New York City for 4 years, ending all operations November of 2023.
